My Aiper Seagull Pro (received in early June 2023) seems to be having a problem with the charger pin – it’s seating loosely and I have to prop it into a certain position so it will continue to charge. I notice a slight burnt smell also.
Can you help or offer suggestions? Might something be damaged either inside or with the long silver tip that connects to the inside of the robot?
