Hello!

My Aiper Seagull Pro (received in early June 2023) seems to be having a problem with the charger pin – it’s seating loosely and I have to prop it into a certain position so it will continue to charge. I notice a slight burnt smell also.

Can you help or offer suggestions? Might something be damaged either inside or with the long silver tip that connects to the inside of the robot?

While the charging port issue may be fixed, if you’re smelling anything resembling a burning smell, please stop using/charging the device immediately.  Please email our VIP address as Service@AiperVIP.com and we’ll handle your issue ASAP.
