I purchased an Aiper Seagull Pro and set it on the floor cleaning mode only.  The machine is meant to clean the pool floor along the “S”- shaped route, however I found it to be quite erratic, missing some areas completely.  My pool is rectangular in shape measuring around 12 – 15 square meters. Kindly advise.

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. How many times have you run your Seagull Pro now? The Pro typically takes a few cleaning cycles to fully map itself to your pool.

I used it about 7 to 10  times so far, each time till the fully charged battery ran out.

Thank you for your response! We suggest running your Seagull Pro while your pool pump is fully turned off, which may affect its pathing. If you’re still encountering this issue after trying this resolution it’d be best to contact our VIP Customer Service team at service@aipervip.com so that we can help troubleshoot some more.

Thank you.  I will do that and observe it a little more and if problem persists I will contact VIP Customer Service as suggested.
