Fully charged, won’t run

    • I have a Seagull Plus which is only about a month old that charges, steady green light, but when the switch is moved forward to turn it on, nothing happens. No light, no nothing. I don’t know where the order number is, not even sure where I purchased it, doesn’t show up on Amazon or on the Aiper website. Kind of an expensive purchase to not work after only a month, and I really liked it, was doing a good job.

    • I’ve had my seagull pro since April and it just now doesn’t work. Charges and lights up fine but when unplugged it does nothing. I emailed with my receipt just waiting on a reply.

    • I’m having the exact same problem. I purchased my Seagull Plus the end of May and have only used it two or three times because I have a pool service.  It fully charges but as soon as I turn it on it does nothing.

      I came to the website to see if there was an easy fix.  Sounds like it is a common issue and I’m going to have to reach out to them to see about having it fixed.

    • I have similar problem, fully charged when I put it on the pool I notice that one fan (only) tries to start twice but after that turns off. Tried different modes, took it out the basket and put it again… nothing. Just a note. I’ve received on Friday, tried in the same day and it worked, tried 2 days after and nothing happened.

      I was looking for some tip or support but after reading so many similar topics and issues after a few months, even if it starts working I’m pretty confident that it won’t last. Really disapointed with everything and not undestanding how such expensive product and top product can have so much known issues without a solution. Really enjoyed the product features and everything in general regarding it but it’s not acceptable to pay so much money for a product that seems to be doomed to the waranty duration.

      Hello – unfortunaltely I have to stand in the row – after full charge (green ring light blinking) NO MORE ACTION.….

      Purchase June 2023, functioned well until now. Difficult to get in touch with the company although the problem although the topic seems to be widely spread.

    • I am having this issue with the seagull SE. It appears to charge just fine but when I unplug it and try to turn it on nothing happens. Worked just fine 2 weeks ago. Mine was purchased end of March 2023. Please help.
