      Hi,

I just received the new SE Pro I purchased and had high hopes for it.

Also, after a couple of cleaning rounds (which weren’t that impressive tbh) it started blinking red and blue.

Manual says the meaning is “motor immersed”. Isn’t what a pool robot supposed to be doing? be immersed in water?

Please help me troubleshoot/reset. I can’t send it back as I ordered it internationally..

      Thanks!

      Avi

    • I have the same problem… red flashing light, which manual says is a flooded motor which needs to be repaired/replaced. I contacted customer service more than three days ago (they supposedly reply in 48-72 hours), but they have been unresponsive and their phone line is always busy. Hope this message gets their attention!

      • Hi Avi,

Firstly, I want to apologize that you’ve encounter this. The warning means a critical system has been flooded that water isn’t indeed to get into. If you could email me at Jason@aiper.com I’ll see if I can direct your situation to the correct person.

    • Mine also after about 2 months ths has red and blue blinking lights saying motor is flooded so I assume there is a leak in the waterproofing they attempted

    • So my seagull pro i just got stopped running. Full charge green light and it just sinks to the bottom of my pool and does nothing. Sent email today and after reading comments above I’m afraid I just wasted $900.

      • Hi George,

Could you upload a video and share the link please? I’ll see if there are any known issues as you describe them.

    • My seagull pro just started blink red in pool and not move.

    • Looks like I’m in the same fix.

Worked, okay… moves debris into the water more than vacuums it up. But it’s been running and getting stuck, resets and runs again.

Now we have the blue and red blinking lights.

    • Looks like I’m in the same fix.

    • I used my unit as a secondary cleaner to keep pool clean in between manual cleaning. However the red and blue lights started flashing and it doesn’t work. i noticed others having the same problem but i didn’t see a “fix” in the response. Is there a solution or is this the premature end of life to my one month old?

    • Paul, the lights mean a critical system was flooded, and therefore, your unit will need to be replaced. We deeply apologize for that, please reach out to service@aipervip.com for the fastest response concerning your issue.

    • Hey,

I am also having this issue. I put it in the pool and it was moving. When I checked on it 30 minutes later, it was blinking red and blue and not moving. I haven’t even had the unit for a season. Also, I can’t even get through the phone lines. What’s the deal?
