I received my Seagull Pro a couple of weeks ago. I have a 16 x 32 vinyl pool -4′ to 6′. The gradients between levels are not steep.
I have charged and let it run approximately 20 times and have started it off in different areas of the pool. Despite being on the setting to scale walls and clean the floor, it has not once scaled the wall, nor cleaned the floor consistently. In addition, once it makes its way to the deep end it starts going around in circles. When I inspect the machine at the end of the session, one track moves freely while the other is harder to move. I suspect that the motors are not operating consistently.
