I bought a seagul pro. And every time I want to tune it on the bottom is stuck. And I did want to to force it. I play with it and after a few time I’m able to turn it on.

did someone have the same problem and how they fix it.

I recently purchased the seagull pro and have used it successfully twice, since I turn it on, put onto water and it shuts off.  I have tried it in all modes but same results.  Looking for some help

Same problem here… and the charging cable tip literally fused with the charging port… so we have a dead unit

Opened a claim with Aiper. Let’s see how it goes

Hi! and thank you for your feedback, The dial issue you’re experiencing is a recent phenomenon, some users have had success with cleaning around the dial.

Thats unfortunate! We’re truly sorry for this as its not what we want our customers to experience. In your case, a video would be tremendously helpful to pinpoint the problem.
