Glad to hear you’re enjoying your Aiper experience for the most part, and we’re sorry you’re experiencing an issue. It sounds like potentially one of the water inlets may have a blockage. If you haven’t checked that, it would be the first place I suggest looking. If you don’t find any obstruction there, please email service@aipervip.com for help, if you have a video of the issue, that would help us out tremendously.
